- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic package begins at $1250, then goes up based on the number of hours you'd like your even covered, and any extras you may add....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically first ask them what their date is for the event they want covered. Then I ask them how they hear of me or if they've visited my site. Then I ask what they expect of me and what they'd like for me to do for them. Then we discuss how we can make it all happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Communications, with an enphasis on Telecommunications. College is where I first learned how to edit video and audio. However, to stay current, I watch a lot of youtube videos and take online webinars and workshops to learn new techniques as well as brush up on my old ones!
