Diagnostic fee $30 Spyware and Virus Removal $60 Restore operating system $70 Data Backup $40 Install Hard drive $40 Install PC devices $40 Card Install $40 PC Cleaning $25 All other prices can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. To initially interview the customer to fully understand the issue. 2. To examine the computer and identify the problem. 3. To give the customer an indication of the problem and possible solutions. 4. To give the customer the cost of the Computer Service and obtain approval to proceed. 5. Proceed to resolve and repair the computer issue.

1. Bachelor of Science in Economics / Computer Info systems 2. Certification in Structured Cabling / Fiber Optics (FOA Cert no 2790034 ) 3. University Coursework in Cisco Systems Networking , A+ Hardware and Software, Active Directory , Structured Cabling and VMware virtual memory.
