I hired Chef Shaun Michael to be a personal chef for a small dinner party I was throwing for a friend to celebrate her birthday. He was extremely helpful in developing a menu to fit the occasion, but most of all, he cooked a delicious meal that everyone loved! He was very easy to work with and was a true professional throughout the evening. I would definitely hire him again if we should ever need a chef!

I have had a unique experience in that I have worked with Underground Cooking Academy professionally when Chef Thyme Randall worked directly with our Instructors on a cooking demonstration, which was very successful. I have also been a guest at a few of Underground Cooking Academy's catering events and I can say that without fail the food has always been incredible and I have appreciated and celebrated Chef Thyme Randall's energy!

I could not recommend Chef Austin Green enough. He created an amazing menu that was exactly what I wanted but better! There was NOT ONE guest that didn't come to me raving about the food, and they are STILL talking about how good it was. Even the staff at the venue was complimentary of Chef Green, as they told me he left their kitchen in better condition than it was before he came. I really appreciated him doing that. If you're in need of a reliable, talented and professional chef, trust me, you will not regret going with Chef Green.
