- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive for the Birmingham market. I give clients detailed quotes to ensure they have a full understanding of what they are purchasing. *All EVENTS will be a minimum of $1000.00. *All Balloon Only set ups will be a minimum of $550.00 Outdoor events are priced higher. I use all of my own materials including balloons and backdrops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a short consultation for specifics and a projected vision. Which is followed by a Quote, Invoice, and a Contract. The process ends with a beautiful event.

I work with with anyone who desires a design professional for their event or business needs.
