I initially contacted this HVAC technician because one of my AC units was not cooling properly. Before the visit, my other HVAC unit was brand new and working perfectly fine. After the technician worked on the system, the second unit also stopped working properly. Unfortunately, I was not given a clear explanation of what was done, and now I’m dealing with more issues than before the service call. Very disappointing experience and frustrating outcome.
