- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be very aware of low bids! The BBB reports that there over 4 million complaints against roofing contractors each year nationwide! Most of which are customers who chose the lowest bidder. None of us want to overpay and the other side of that coin is that if you buy cheap, you will buy TWICE. One of our in house motto's is that if you hire us, your project will be a "One and Done"! There is no need for an ongoing or longterm relationship with your contractor! You'll never have to call us again, unless you are the victim of storm damage, are acquiring additional property or simply to say hi, how have you been!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We are genuine, honest service providers in an industry which has not 1 but 2 black eyes! Consumers are often lost, confused, scared, worried and stressed when seeking a roofing contractor. Our credentials, practices and values soar above these concerns and every last client of ours, even when imperfections occur, are more than eager to refer our company to their associates. As a roofing contractor our toughest job is winning a clients trust. Once this has been done, the rest is most often a piece of cake!
