Contacted Vann about rewiring our home. We made an appointment for him to come out Wednesday, April 23rd at 4:30. He showed up at 8:30 after texting my husband 2-3 times saying he was held up in Trafford, then on his way from Birmingham (at most 30 minutes from our house). He did a walk through, we gave him a detailed list of what we wanted done. He said he'd get us a quote at the earliest Friday or latest Wednesday. We are now 2 days short of him coming out 3 weeks ago and he still has not given us the quote. The last communication we had with him was over a week ago, he said he had kidney stones and was working on the quote. I have sent him 2 messages on Thumbtack, friended him and messaged him on Facebook and sent him a text message. He read the Facebook message a few hours after I sent it but never replied, nor has he replied to any other messages that we have sent.

I'm sorry I didn't get the quote to you sooner. I don't like to put personal business on the Web like this but the day Don texted me is the day another stone hit me the next day my lead man looked at your text and Facebook message. I do all my own buisness my guys do all the work. He didn't know what to do and when he came by I told him what the doctor were going to do and I would get back with you. Ikon all that doesn't matter but I know that people have there own issues and this was uncalled for. Hope you the best in your project. You had my number and could have called.
