I am willing to deal with the client after the completion of an inspection to answer questions or go as far as meeting with the client at the site to clarify any ambigutities. I like meeting people and helping in their decision making process by providing as much information about their prospective purchase as they need to make the right choice. I like getting inside the structure to examine its "bones", especially in older houses.
