Chef Clayton was amazing to work with. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The food was top tier and the quality of the ingredients was immaculate. I will most definitely be contacting Chef Clayton for all my future events.

I just want to take the time to say that Chef Wayman is the absolute best. From start to finish, every detail reflects his passion for food and people. The Panzanella salad was fresh and flavorful, the Sea Bass was cooked to perfection and the flourless tort with vanilla ice cream was a great way to end it all. Also, let me not forget to brag on his Red Beans and rice! The absolute best in town. Chef Wayman doesn't just cook; he creates an experience you just do not want to miss out on.
