Working with Adam is like working with my old football coach during summer workouts. He will push you hard during every workout there won't be a day after a workout where you won't feel satisfied with the body of work that was done. Everyday a goal of yours is one day closer to being met, whether it's trying to lose weight, gain weight or build muscle working with Adam will be a great experience.

I loved it ! The distance became tiring for me personally driving to and from Hoover while balancing a school schedule. I recieved feedback on how I should change my eating habits along with a text from Adam reminding me to drink more water(which I needed). However, I wish it was longer time period with the program i signed up for. I noticed great results and others did as well.

Working with Adam was great. He makes sure you stay focused and has your best interest in mind throughout each workout. Since I was currently in shape upon joining his program, he created extra task for me, as well as a detailed meal plan to make sure I had the best possible results. He also checked in to make sure I was eatingproperly and ggetting enough rest. What more could I ask forin a ttrainer. GREAT GUY
