Adam is excellent! He did a great job at knowing what my body needed. All of the key areas that I specified in the beginning were worked and these areas are a lot smaller and more toned now! He is very flexible with time and the price isn't too bad. I only took a break because I started working two jobs, but hopefully I will find my way back to train with him again.

My experience with Adam was phenomenal! Adam really pay attention to what you want your body to look like and he makes sure u get to your goal weight! While working out Ive done things i didnt even know my body could do but with the motivation and consistency from Adam i started dropping weight without a problem!

He got me on board to gain weight in a heathier manner. I have noticed a tremendous difference in myself since I have started working with him. He is very easy to communicate with about diet and routines. His meal plans are easy to follow and not routine or monotonous. Additionally, he is flexible with meeting times, which is my biggest need of all when it comes to my need for exercising.
