I needed some "muscle" to carry a new king-sized hybrid memory foam mattress (new in box) upstairs, as my husband and I are in our 60s and were unable to carry it ourselves. I reached out to Vortex Transports through a 3rd party, and received a phone call within 30 minutes of my request. They were able to come that same day (which was perfect for us!) and arrived within the time frame they stated, and were able to get the job done quickly and safely. The two young men who did the job were polite and very pleasant. I will definitely call them first for any moving needs, small or large!

I’m new to the area and the crew was fantastic!! Donovan, Q and Sammi worked quickly, carefully and efficiently!! It was Sammi’s first day and let me say, she worked like she had been there for YEARS!! She is a great addition to this team!! They were patient with me forgetting my keys, and never stopped working. Q, was extra strategic by showing his concern with me locating specific items after the move. Donovan, was lead today and nothing but professionalism and organization was displayed. They came, worked and left an impression!! I will recommend Vortex to anyone moving local and I will DEFINITELY use them again. Great job, guys!!
