- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A new customer can expect a free consultation before we begin working together. This consultation will not only give the customer an opportunity to get a feel for the environment, a chance to meet me but also give them an opportunity to explore goals, pricing and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m a certified personal trainer and I am also currently finishing up my undergrad in Kinesiology and this knowledge has had a direct correlation to my current training in personal training clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?When I was growing up my family was not considered very fit and we most certainly did not really eat healthy at all. I was overweight growing up until I started getting involved in sports. Sports/exercise showed me that my body could change drastically! As I got older I began to implement a healthier eating regimen. Not only was I feeling better (both mentally and physically), I was starting to feel great about my body too. My urge and passion to learn more and to be able to teach others what I have learned and am still learning is what drives me to do this type of work.
