- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is negotiable, I average 3% of gross sale on most deals. Buyers typically don't pay commissions as it comes from sellers side for most deals and buyers pay more for closing costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an initial call to understand your goals, research some home that will and talk with lenders to get approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Business Administration from UNA, 5 years of Hospitality Management, 8 years of Sales Management across various industries, and 2 years in Real Estate with a top producing agent as my mentor.
