A-MA-ZING! You HAVE to join Huntsville Adventure Boot Camp. Here's why: 1. It's a great experience and Joe Martin is a fantastic trainer. He helps you succeed at your fitness level. He cares about your health and is available to answer any kind of question you have. He is motivational and inspirational! 2. No matter what your fitness level - you can participate in boot camp. If you are just starting out or excercise 2 hours a day every day - you will gain a lot from participating in boot camp. There's always an alternate excercise you can do! The workouts are never the same - so you are always going to be doing something new and different. 3. Yes, it's early - but your excercise for the day is done! There's also a PM class now, if you just can't get up early. 4. The newsletters. I still get them even though I am not in boot camp right now. They are full of helpful hints, important information and yummy recipes. I read every single one! 5. You will feel amazing. Tired yes, but that really good kind of tired from getting a great workout and feeling good about imporving your health. I participated in boot camp for about 5 months straight last year. I never felt better! After a short break I got right back into it! I highly recommend Huntsville Adventure BootCamp and Joe Martin!
Total Fusion by Kristi is an awesome experience. You can feel her good spirit as soon as you walk in the building. Kristi is so down to earth and sweet. I definitely recommend going to check her out.

Phillip Johnson has been my personal trainer for over 4 years. I started out overweight, weak, and without much energy. Today at age 55 I'm strong and muscular and have energy to burn. Lee is an excellent teacher with a very kind heart! She knows just how to motivate you and push you, but not too far and not in an overly-aggressive way! I had no idea what to expect when I decided to hire a personal trainer to help me with my weight problem. I guess I've watched too many movies where the personal trainer was more like a military drill sergeant than someone who actually cared about me as a person. All I can say about Tim is that from our very first meeting, he was genuinely concerned with helping me reach my fitness goals. I explained to him that I had not exercised in a number of years and that I really wished to lose 15 pounds during our time together. Tim told me to follow his instructions without question and he would do everything in his power to help me achieve my goal; I did just that. Now twelve weeks later, I can honestly say that I cannot remember the last time I felt this good. Not only did Tim help me reach my goal, but we blew past it and I wound up losing a total of 23 pounds. Thank you Tim for all that you do!
