- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to have atleast a basic Consultation over the phone with the Customer to hear form them with whats going on, the plan of action I will take and a time to receive the Computer for repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of Experience in the IT field ( Network Engineer, Network Administrator & Desktop Support). Fully certified with 17 Microsoft Certifications not excluding Security+, CNA/CNE, CCNA and HIPAA compliant. Because of my Extensive IT Background I would think would be a benefit to anybody requiring any Level of Computer Support ! Thank you for your consideration.
