The Help Moving and Delivery

The scratches on your furniture were already there. You had lots of older furniture that already had lots of scratches. We did not contribute to the scratches on your furniture. We wrapped your furniture before moving. As far as the things in storage. We moved your belongings for 10 hours and 45 minutes. We made 2 trips to your storage unit you were no where to be found neither trip. I locked your storage unit up myself and brought you back the key! You were not there to tell us what not to put in there. The items that we moved into the house there was no where for the items to go. You moved into a fully furnished 3 bedroom with your 4 bedrooms worth of furniture. You had no where for the items to go and you were once again missing in action as we were unloading them. We asked you numerous amount of times where the items were going and you couldn’t tell us because you didn’t have any where to put them. If you wanted the items moved you should have said so and directed where you wanted them to go. You could have easily told us that after 10 hours and 45 minutes you wanted us to stay and wait on you to figure out where you wanted the items but you didn’t. I told you we were done and you paid and we left. You thanked us and also tipped us. Not one time did you complain about anything.
