Cake was delivered too early, originally booked to be delivered at 3pm for a 5:30 wedding, received a phone call 3 days prior to delivery asking if the cake could be delivered at 2pm she had to deliver a cake to Gulfport at 4 which I agreed to despite my having reserved my slot at least a year ago. Cake was delivered at 11:30am, day of, I had to scramble to find someone to go accept delivery of the cake 2 and a half hours before our verbally agreed time. An hour before the ceremony began the lower tier began to disintegrate, my bridal party hid the disaster from me until the last possible moment. It took a few days to convince me to say anything to her and my reply was, "I am so sorry that happened but I did leave it in tact, if there was a problem you could have called so I or someone could have come to repair it." No apology for delivering early, no offer to resolve the issue. The cake was not stabilized properly and delivering a cake 6 hours before a wedding on a 90 degree day wasn't acceptable.
