Introduction: I am an ACF Certified Executive Chef with over 30 years experience in catering and fine dining. I am very passionate about my profession and have extensive experience in savory and pastry cooking. I have cooked for past presidents, past Secretaries of State and several celebrities including Bill Clinton, Henry Kissinger, Warren Christopher, Mary Steenburgen, Ted Danson and Andy Griffith. I am easy to get along and enjoy the challenge of building inspired custom menus. The typical process for perspective customers is to first contact me through Thumbtack and provide as much information up front as possible. Simply use the questionnaire that Thumbtack provides and that will help us get started. I'll then contact you about the specifics of your event, food preferences, number of courses, etc. I'll then provide you with some menu choices and prices built to your preferences. I chose Greg as a personal chef for my 8th anniversary. Greg is an awesome chef! The food was way beyond our expectations! He is a very nice person and we will definitely do regular business with him. My husband was very surprised and very pleased with his anniversary gift. What an amazing experience and so much fun! I would highly recommend booking Greg as your chef. He cooked and amazing dinner for a 8 of us and everyone’s plate after each course was eaten clean! He was very professional throughout the night and friendly to talk to. I will be booking him again if back in the area.

We planned a birthday celebration at the cabins in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. We wanted a catered Dinner for 6. , but had to plan with a chef we didn’t know. I was flying in from Las Vegas and the rest of the crew drove in from Dallas. This chef was very professional. Gave us options to choose and showed pictures of his work. We negotiated with 3 other chefs. We chose Elite culinary services because we felt that He seemed to really get what we wanted and was very reasonably priced. The night of the event, he was punctual and well prepared. Dinner was amazing. We had 4 courses. All of which were visually appealing and both seasoned and prepared superbly. We would absolutely use his services again. Very happy and looking forward to next years shindig!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is always based on approximate cost of food provided and the total number of man hours required.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial contact. Finding out what is needed/wanted, budget and tastes. A menu is submitted and tweaked if necessary. A quote is then provided. It is usually an ongoing conversation leading up to the event to make sure the client is 100 percent happy with the proposal.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Over thirty years in the field and Certified Executive Chef designation from the American Culinary Federation.
