- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most people say I'm reasonably priced. My wife says I don't charge enough. But I don't want someone to go without heat or a shower simply because the fix is too expensive. For simple repairs, I usually will just charge a flat rate fee, but we can do by the hour as well. Pricing really depends on the job. Since I can do pretty much anything in the home, it's hard to price it as a general number.

I just built a rather large fence around our new property. it was a new experience for me as I have never built this particular kind. it turned out amazing and the dog loves it!
