- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a wide variety of home staging, decorating, and organizational services to fit every budget. From the DIY client, to the hands-off, we have what you are looking for. Prices vary and are determined by size, location and price point. We make sure your investment in staging offers marketable and measurable results. Keep in mind, the investment is ALWAYS less than a price reduction, multiple payments, utilities, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?OCCUPIED HOME STAGING Our specialty is Occupied Home Staging - A hands-on service for homeowners who are residing in their home during the time of the selling process. If you are preparing an already furnished property for market, I provide homeowners with a task list for decluttering, cleaning, and repairs prior to listing. I will then return for a 1/2 day or full day staging to re-purpose existing furniture. There is also an option to supplement with select new items and rentals. VACANT HOME STAGING Vacant staging involves furnishing key areas of the home that are designed to create a great first impression. We will first come to the property take measurements in order to get an accurate quote. It includes a full accessory and art package to accentuate the home's best features.
