I have hired Jay for several jobs over the past several weeks. The first job was hauling away items from my house, including a very large framed mirror from upstairs. He has also performed lawn care services, carpentry, painting and repaired my wooden fence and gates. He is always very professional and courteous. Extremely conscientious about his work and has done an exceptional job each time. If he thinks that he is not the best person for a job I might need done he readily admits it. I will definitely continue to hire Jay for future work.

The stain removal was great! We had several dark even black food stains and the carpet now looks all the same color. Which is amazing to us for a commercial conference room that hadn't had the carpet cleaned since built six years ago. The technicians were polite and professional even though they appeared young, which was refreshing to us because we do not always see that from the younger workforce when they come to our offices since we are a public agency. The Technician was very knowledgeable about the services and the products that were being used. He also explained about how to dry the carpet faster than just putting a fan on it. After initial contact was made with the company services were provided within 24hrs. We were so please that we ask for estimates for future work. I would recommend Desert Rose Carpet Cleaning to anyone even family and friends after having had such positive results with their services.

From phone communication to being on time, respectful of surroundings/neighbors, listening to specific needs, possessing proficiency and competence at the tasks she commits to, to just being great company, all the way to having a great demeanor with my dogs who also fell in love with her! She came prepared with every supply my home needed which was very important to me, and took the last trash bag all the way to the dumpsters on her way out. With a respect for your time home needs and animals, strong verbal communication skills, the tools needed and personal capability to meet your needs, and a very positive demeanor towards her profession; is say there's no need I wouldn't recommend her for or ask of her myself in the future! Will definitely be trusting her with my home and dogs on future vacations which pretty much says it all! They were friendly and professional from the first interaction! Lindsey came and spent 2.5 hours in my house initially, and I plan to have her company come in once a month. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the work was great. I also like the fact that if something is missed, or a mistake is made they will correct it for free! I live an hour away from their office, so the fact that they would come all the way back out to my home free of charge in order to correct the issue and make sure I was satisfied is a big deal to me. I would definitely recommend them!
