- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate fees are paid by the seller. If you are looking to purchase a home, you will not be responsible for ANY real estate fees. If you are looking to sell your property, we will work out a rate that works for both of us. I know this is a huge transaction and will customize my rates to fit our needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I'd love to set up a meeting in my office to meet you and go over your needs & desires as a buyer or seller. As a buyer's agent, I like to really understand what your priorities are before I begin searching for properties. This will help me to understand your 'must haves' and will narrow down our search. As a seller's agent, we can meet to discuss a specific marketing strategy to insure your property is seen by as many potential buyers as possible and is staged and ready to sell for top market value.
