- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices can vary depending on how far I need to drive to care for your pets, what all you are requesting to be done, how long it will take me to accomplish those requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come to your home to meet your pets and discuss what your needs are and then we can collectively agree on a schedule and negotiate pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I say that to let you know I am a mature, dependable, responsible woman. I have owned pets all of my adult life. I have raised puppies in the past so I have experience in assisting in the whelping process and recognizing when there are complications and the need to call a vet. I groom all of my own animals, so I know how to handle various pets.
