My daughter needed a local move. She needed her things packed and moved over. 4K Moving & Home Service was the best. They went above and beyond to make sure her things were packed neatly and nicely AND stayed to be sure we got everything put together. I could not have asked for any better young men. Oh, and the price was sooo reasonable. This was my daughter's first move so these guys made it easy and perfect. I will use 4K Moving & Home Service for all our future needs.

My experience with this company was excellent. The men were professional an nice nothing was damaged or missing. They treated my families belongings, as if they belonged to them. Will use again an will definitely recommend this company.

i wouldn’t even give a 1!!! i spoke and texted a very nice gentleman about a move and landscaping. i was given prices and needed landscaping done before move at end of august. after several texts my son agreed to help me with move as i’m on budget of my recently deceased husbands social security. So i texted the guy and said my son would hep me with move. i never got the email or deposit request for the landscaping job but they did send invoice and deposit request for the move. i’ve tried all day to get a hold of him to schedule the landscape job. i got no response until just now from Owner: This is the owner Aisha. Kyle referred me to you as I lool through the messages seems as if kyle tried all day yesterday to get this handled for you only to be declined after being told to send invoice and schedule a date. Spots fill up very fast so once you declined or cancelled we placed a client in that spot whom paid their deposits as well. We apologize but I also assumed you would just have your son do the flower bed as well. Once again we apologize but we wont be pursuing this venture as it has costs us already. Sad part is i did nothing to cause their non venture except cancel the move request. Even sadder is the fact i have new smaller house but need trees planted and 5 more flower beds they could have had those jobs!

Ms.Becky you cannot force us or any business to take upon a job that we do not want to do. nor where a client was rude to us. Furthermore we require deposit which you dis not pay. That is a no go for us. Also we are booked and we told you ww are bokkes for your date because thoaw clients whom paid their deposit have priority. We are very within within our rights to decline any job or any client we chooae to for whatever reaaon it may be... in this case rudeness, uncertainty, and non payment of deposit made 3 strikes for us. You gave a bad review because of your rude nature and lack of respect for others. That isnt our issue its a personal one that prayer will or should help and maybe a little faith.We simply run a business that doesn't argue with clients or wanna be clients because in our eyes the customer is always right. And no ma'am we do not want to pursue any other endeavor with you because of this rude and hateful nature that was presented to us. We have all the messages and so does thumbtack so this will be reported and resolved rather quickly.. You also may want to google business laws and practices to understand the right we have aa a business to decline any customer or client we feel is a threat.
