David was exceptional. We had a bit of an emergency and needed a deadbolt installed same day. David was responsive, communicative, on-time, and showed up ready to handle the job. He even went above and beyond, carving out an extra hole for a doorknob at no extra charge! His price was the lowest of the 4 quotes I got, so I was managing expectations, but he surpassed any handyman experience we've ever had to be honest. David responded to my need very quickly and offered help on Sunday as soon he learnt the loud water dripping sound from my new gutter downspout disturbed my sleep. The new gutter was put on by my HOA. I was looking for someone who can come out sooner and doesn’t charge me much. David is very skilled. He had everything he needs in his toolbox and truck. He fixed my new gutter. And he also checked my old gutter although it was not as annoying as the new one. David is very friendly, easy to talk about a price we both agree on. I have had a few projects with my new home. David is the best so far!
