Alejandro texted me and gave me an estimate to clean my house and shop (including roofs that are metal and solar paneled), porch, patio, walkway, and driveway. He came on April 6th around 1:30-2:00 pm. Late that afternoon, he had a lot of the work done except for the shop roof. He said he would come by the following day, Sunday , to complete the project. He asked to be paid 80% of his estimate. I agreed and paid him. I cancelled family dinner plans to be here when he arrived. It was a “no show” with no phone calls or texts to update me. The roof on my house is still dirty and the shop roof hasn’t been addressed. I texted him with no response back. My last text was informing him that I didn’t need his services any more.

Excellent work in a short amount of time. He arrived early and went beyond what I asked him to do. I have a 3rd floor apartment balcony that needed cleaning. No water connection was available for him to pressure wash so he did it all by hand. Just a couple of buckets and a brush. He cleaned the floor, walls, ceiling, door and railing. He cleaned the windows inside and outside and the balcony glass door inside and outside. He also gave me advice on getting my windows so clean. I will use him again if needed and will tell others about the great quality of his work. Thanks for everything!
