- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge in a range of $100 and up. price is definitely fair and based upon labor hours/detail work to complete the project. We never ask for money/deposit up front. Always Free Estimates and most estimates can be done over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would do an over the phone interview first. If an estimate cannot be determined then we would schedule a visit to the property and then determine a bid and possible start date. When the paint job is completed to the customers satisfaction and agreement a payment would be made by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started painting over 20 years ago in Bowling Green, Ohio with a leasing company doing college dorms after summer move outs.
