I put in the extra time with clients to get them results. I spend time helping them outside of sessions with emails, research, or anything else that will help them accomplish their goals. I'm extremely dependable. Out of thousands of sessions, I have only been late to a few, and only one of which was my fault. I am also very adaptable to client circumstances, moods, needs, etc. and am constantly working to make their programs more beneficial and enjoyable. I like teaching people and helping them to achieve more freedom and enjoyment through physical fitness. With good health comes more freedom in that people are able to enjoy life more and hopefully avoid sickness and injury - at least to a much greater extent.

Really great experience so far - losing weight & getting stronger. Zach journals the exercises at each session along with a schedule of what to do for rest of the week. He also has me write down meals which helps with accountability and improvement. He's methodical, very knowledgable, but not intimidating. I'd definitely recommend Zach for anyone working on their fitness!

I posted on Thumbtack looking for a personal trainer, and Zach sent me a message asking if I would be interested in working out with him. We did a free trial session together and I have been using him ever since (almost 3 months). I recently got engaged this year, and I want to make sure that I look my best for the big day. I wanted to look more toned, be able to run a half marathon, and live a healthier lifestyle and be more active. I also have a history of asthma, so he made sure to watch out for that during our workouts. Zach set up a program customized for me and my goals, and then we went to work. I work out once a week with him, and do a variety of cardio, strength training, and balance exercises during our time together. He also writes out additional exercises to complete during the week as well, so I keep myself accountable. He is also very flexible on different workout times throughout the week, so if something comes up, we can change it easily to fit out schedules. When I started working out, I weighed between 150-145. I am down to 135 and have lost three inches around my waist, as well as other target areas. Zach has been a great personal trainer for me and I will continue to use him.

I view the day I made a Thumbtack account as the same day I realized that my autodidactic pursuit of personal fitness had, ultimately, little direction. I was satiated by the idea that the results I had the potential to gain through working out regularly would eventually appear, regardless of my inconsistent workout routine or my improper dieting habits. Thus, I was confused and discouraged when I saw little to no results after months of physical expenditure. I had no idea what I was doing wrong, for all I knew bodybuilding was a blanket label that applied to any workout routine which encouraged resistance training. My first free session with Zachary, even my first interaction with him through Thumbtack, left with me a faint glimmer of the truth that I had not yet accepted: that I was doing it completely wrong. My experiences with Zachary have given me the ability to recognize and improve upon my understanding of personal fitness, as well as the capacity to develop myself independently, both of which are of infinite value to me. Zachary is a professional both in his mindset and his practice. His methodology is one that has not only allowed me to gain 14 pounds since I started working with him, but is also one that is organized to ensure the construction and achievement of physical goals. I have been working with Zachary for almost an entire year now, and I can safely say that I have seen more improvements in my physical appearance and strength than I have ever seen in the years I have spent trying to perfect my physical health. Zachary is unique in that his methods are extensively systematic and self-developing, as he gives you the tools to continue working out on the days that he is not able to coach you. I am definitely satisfied with Zachary's personal training, and strongly recommend him to anyone seeking physical development, nutritional guidance or someone to help you overcome your weaknesses.

Zach has been wonderful! He has created a varied workout that is helping me build strength around an injured foot and an elbow issue. He is also helping me build muscle and lose fat. (I was able to put on a pair of shorts I haven't fit into in 2 years!!) Thanks Zach!!
