I provide individualized healing sessions, including yoga, meditation and Thai massage. Yoga sessions will be designed for any skill level or need. I'm especially great with past or present physical or emotional injuries and beginners!
In Thai massage, the body is moved rhythmically to allow opening of the joints, stretching of the muscles and tendons, toning of the internal organs and balancing of the bodys energy. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, clarity and joy. This style of massage is done fully-clothed and on a mat to allow for bigger movements.
I can also train in Pilates, high-intensity workouts and resistance (body weight) training. I believe strongly in individualized workouts, so I will find the perfect combination of exercises for your body type and fitness goals!
I am an expert in nutrition. I completed four years of rigorous training, which included more than 150 hours of therapeutic nutrition training, specifically, with much overlap of additional nutritional education throughout other courses. In my clinical training, I had over 500 patient contacts, each one receiving nutritional intervention. I will look at your current diet and make recommendations based on your lifestyle and needs. Again, this is always customized for you! I can help you navigate the waters of any dietary changes, whether for weight loss, prevention, or just feeling and looking your best!
