I booked Sunset Movers on a whim when my husband wasn’t able to get off of work as planned, and although there were some bumps, I’m glad I did. We had several heavy appliances that needed to be moved up and down stairs and into a newly painted house, and everything was moved without any damage to walls, trim, doors, etc. They handled our items with care. The owner of Sunset Movers is extremely communicative and I never felt like he left me hanging, even when there was a brief delay in our scheduled time, he kept me updated. I had an unfortunate interaction with one of the employees and there was minor damage to an item during transportation between homes (not during the actual handling of the items), but once Emanuel (the owner) knew about it, he was very apologetic, made sure his crew finished the job as planned and he did everything possible over the next week to make the situation right. I am a firm believer in high-quality customer service making all the difference in a company’s reputation, and every step of the way, Sunset Movers did what was right. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again!
