I was a little sketched out at first because it's such a cheap deal so I was hesitant, but I am a college student, and therefore broke, so I decided to try my luck. He responded very quickly, and at first it was a little awkward but after a little while we started talking about some interesting subjects and he seemed to genuinely care. Also, something I've noticed with computer techs is that they act superior and talk to you as if you're stupid, but when Michael was explaining things I did not get that vibe and I understood what he was doing and was able to watch the whole time. I highly recommend.
