Ubi, I am sorry you are unhappy but I did not scam you. I fixed your original issue and your computer is up and running. I even refunded you for the cd drive and invited you back to resolve the additional issues you were having. All of your issues were caused by you, and I explained that to you nicely when you were here. I showed you how to look at your pictures four times... I do not know what else to do for you sir. But if you would like to try this again I am willing to meet with you a third time for free and try to resolve any other issues you are having. I hope we can resolve this to your satisfaction.

Prompt response and good service. Cody was able to restore my computer and get it up and running again like new. He spent much more time than anticipated and still did not charge me any additional amount. Reasonable price. I would recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote a flat rate fee whenever possible and my clients will confirm I stand by my quotes no matter what happens or how long the job takes. Standard rate is $50 an hour for business services. Residential service is usually quoted as a flat rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former Cisco Engineer where I worked with enterprise clients around the world. 8 years experience in web design, networking, system administration and computer repair.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you get all of the options. Alot of professionals will only provide the options they are familiar with. I will give you every option available and help you decide what best fits your needs.
