I couldn’t be more impressed with the work done throughout our home! He did an outstanding job repairing the grout cracks that had developed over 26 years from expansion and contraction. He then applied a grout color sealer, and the difference is incredible — the floors look refreshed, clean, and beautifully restored.
He also did caulk restoration in both of our bathrooms, and the results are amazing. Everything looks fresh and professionally finished, with incredible attention to detail.
It’s not often you find someone who takes such pride in their workmanship. He did an excellent job from start to finish, and we are extremely happy with the results. Our 26-year-old grout and bathrooms look like they’ve been given a whole new life!
Highly recommend Rons work — outstanding craftsmanship, attention to detail, and truly amazing results!
I wanted to write you because I just hired Ron with Grout Lines to make sure my upstairs shower here in Warner Ranch doesn’t eventually fall through the roof.
My wife and I moved into the neighborhood about two years ago, although my wife actually grew up here. As you probably know, many of the homes in Warner Ranch were built in the early 1990s, and they’re now at the age where some of the maintenance that might have been put off over the years is starting to catch up with them.
That’s what happened with our house.
The previous homeowner hadn’t kept up with some of the maintenance, and one of my biggest concerns was our upstairs shower. It’s a beautiful shower with expensive tile, but it had never been properly regrouted and resealed. Water was getting into the seams and cracks, and some of the grout was starting to turn black.
I wanted to get ahead of the problem before a relatively simple maintenance issue turned into serious water damage.
Eventually, my wife and I plan to do a full remodel of the house. But with how much home prices and remodeling costs have gone up since COVID, that project has been pushed considerably further down the timeline. For now, my goal was to protect what we already have and hopefully get another five or ten years out of the shower.
That’s where Ron came in.
He cleaned everything up, repaired the grout, and completely resealed the shower. He did a phenomenal job, and I was impressed enough with both his work and how he handled himself that I wanted to tell my neighbors about him.
When I find someone who provides good service and is a stand-up gentleman, I’m happy to recommend him.
If you have an older shower, bathtub, tile, or any other area where you’re concerned about water getting through the grout or seams, I’d recommend having Ron take a look. You can find his information here on Thumbtack.
I’m down here on Orchid Lane.
Our Warner Ranch homes are now more than 30 years old. I think little maintenance projects like this are part of taking care of our homes, protecting their value, and making sure they’ll be around for another 30 years.
If you’ve been putting off resealing or regrouting your shower, it’s worth looking into. It’s something I finally did, and I’m glad I did.

We are very pleased with our experience of using Grout Lines USA. They were immediate to respond and book an appointment for an estimate. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. Ron was on-time, professional and thorough with explaining recommendations. They cleaned & sealed our tile floors (which looked like new again) & our fireplace hearth. They also completed some fill-in grout work which I requested on newly installed stacked travertine. They did great work and I would recommend using them!

Replacing the tiles went really well. Overall they did a great job and kept me informed the entire way. Had a hard time matching the existing tile and grout perfectly, but that isn’t their fault.
Excellent experience! Ron was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took great pride in his work repairing the grout cracks in our 9-year-old tile shower. The finished result exceeded our expectations—our shower looks as good as new. We highly recommend him for anyone needing grout repair.
