I’ve hired several people from Thumbtack to clean my house. I’m not strong enough to do it anymore. I can’t stand for more than a couple minutes. I have been kind enough NOT to write reviews of the others because I had nothing nice to say. There isn’t room here to tell you how phenomenal Jessica is. Her price is ridiculously low for what she provides. I ensured she understood the project before she came. She realized how massive it was. She arrived punctually, and she got to work immediately. And her work is astounding. I’m basking in the glory of a house that is cleaner than it was when I moved in 4 years ago. It feels like home because Jessica does meticulous work. There are at least two more projects I’m planning to hire her to do. Possibly 3. My house is such that it requires weeks of work to make it into what I need it to be. There is no way I could possibly do it, myself, and Jessica declines to take advantage of my disabilities. If all her work isn’t sufficient, please know you will rarely meet a kinder and more understanding person than Jessica. It was a privilege to have her working for me. She is, far and away, the best value I have ever found on Thumbtack. I’m happy to recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants to know. Jessica was fabulous. She was extremely communicative and flexible. We were in the midst of wrapping up a renovation and she somehow managed to work around the crew, while leaving the place absolutely sparkling.
