- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MOVING: Our standard rate is based on $85 an hour including two pros and a truck with all the needed tools to disassemble furniture. We also provide straps and blankets to keep everything protected on the trucks. JUNK REMOVAL: Dump fees are approximately $100 per truck load pick up. PRESSURE WASHING: Typically, cleaning for a 2 car driveway starts at $69. An single story house starts at .10 per sq. ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a text, call or email to give a quote per the clients' request. Sending pictures really expedite the process and helps to give the best quote. Once date, time, location and price are agreed upon then, we get to work all while maintaining constant communication with client as the job progresses.
