- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require the first and last hour of work upfront as a downpayment. This is to protect me as well as the customer. Once money has come into the picture, everyone takes the job more seriously and the project gets finished on spec and in time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in my services, send me a message and from there we will communicate through an onboarding phone call and email. I will send you a spec sheet to fill out that will tell me (most) everything I need to know about the job. If you decide to employ my services, I will send you my Venmo information for the initial deposit. Once the deposit is received, I will begin work and 100% guarantee completion of the project on spec and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's and master's degree in education with 15 years experience in Instructional Design.
