Chef Porchalyn was a 10/10 experience. We chose Jamaican cuisine for our last night in Scottsdale. We had jerk chicken, oxtail, pineapple salmon, rice and peas and chicken curry and beef Pattie’s. The food was phenomenal. She was extremely responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. Not to mention her services are reasonably priced as well. We will definitely be hiring her again next time we are in town. After we left we even joked about flying her in for my cousins’ rehearsal dinner because it was THAT good. Highly recommend her!
