Chef Michael prepared a birthday dinner for me and my boyfriend that was spectacular. He crafted a wonderfully creative menu to suit our unique dietary restrictions and was a delight to work with throughout the entire planning process: responsive, timely, courteous. He arrived on time, prepared everything on site and was immaculate in clean-up after. I would definitely have Chef Michael for another event. It was a special evening all around. I hired micheal for my mother in laws 70th birthday and boy did he deliver. The food was absolutely amazing and the presentation was beautiful!! My in laws truly enjoyed every minute of it. This was a gift, so I didn’t experience it myself but my Dad (the birthday boy) said the food was “sumptuous” and the dessert had his three favorite food groups: chocolate, ice cream, and raspberries. My mom said that the food was good and the Chef was “gracious and had a fun fun personality.” So that sounds pretty good to me. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Cooking professionally since the age of 16, Executive Chef Michael Denton received a degree in culinary arts from the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute and has worked in both fine dining and casual American restaurants. Sous Chef Steven Biddle has a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale. All of our chefs carry an active Maricopa County Food Handler's Card.
