Keleigh is a super star pilates instructor! She is very knowledgeable and professional, yet she makes you feel at ease while she is giving you your very own customized workout! She is a great listener and very detailed with her workouts that are fun to do!! So fun, that its over before you know it and you are that much closer to your goal!! I never thought I would try Pilates but I am big fan after working with Keleigh. I do CrossFit 3-4 times a week, which is tough on my muscles and joints. My sessions with Keleigh help my body get back to normal and have helped me progress in my workouts. I've had lower back issues for years and I can honestly say my back has never felt better or stronger. She's great. I've sent a few of my friends her way.Feb 23, 2017Balanced Strength's reply

Last summer I decided I was ready to look into exercise assist type options - gym, personal trainer, classes, etc. During my search, I came across Keleigh at Balanced Strength. I liked the idea of being able to work out in a home-based setting, and she had excellent reviews, so I emailed her. She was prompt in her reply and very courteous. I met with Keleigh the following week and I learned just how challenging Pilates is. But I liked it enough to go back . Keleigh creates challenging workouts, but she's also very good at making sure you rest when you need to. And if something doesn't feel right during any part of the workout, she's good at making instant modifications to avoid injury. Keleigh is also good about changing things up. Minus a few scheduling conflicts, I've seen her weekly for 6 months now and have only repeated a couple of exercises that I can remember. We have also incorporated a few HIIT workouts and even a hybrid of HIIT with Pilates. I have struggled with liking exercise my entire life, but I actually look forward to my weekly sessions with Keleigh. I highly recommend her!Jan 17, 2018Balanced Strength's reply

Three months ago I was involved in a car accident that, while not serious, left me with debilitating back pain from a bulging disk. My doctor prescribed pilates and I can't believe the difference it's made in my every day life. Working out with Keleigh three times a week has changed my life. She's been careful and intuitive while challenging me every single session. I'm never ever bored. She mixes it up and keeps it fun and fresh while making me work hard and earn my sweat. I've not only gained the stability in my back that I thought I'd lost from the injury, but my core is stronger than I knew it could be. And I've gotten leaner in the process! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Clients complete an online intake form prior to our initial session which includes medical history and fitness goals. During our first session I do brief posture and body assessments before you start your first workout that same session.
