He's the first trainer I've trained under and I can tell you that this guy is in a league of his own. The way he motivates you, talks to you about everything, and keeps you going on days when you are just not feeling it is unparalleled. I remember when I started training under him, I was a scrawny weak dude who couldn't deadlift, or bench press, or over head press but Jason just turned it around for me so smoothly and I went from a no gym guy to someone who at least lifted 3 days a week. His kettlebell drills, and stretching techniques also helped me in my sparring sessions. He's extremely professional, driven, and makes you driven as well and not just about working out but about your work as well. He always gives you positive picture of life ahead.

Jason is hands down the best in his business. I started seeing him when I was about 10 weeks post partum, desperately needing to be back in shape but also dealing with a recovery from a pinched nerve in my neck. He helped slowly build my strength back, made our workouts FUN! and exciting, and something I looked forward to each and every week. He also helped me through my injury, and was an integral part in bringing my body back to where it had been pre-Injury. He researched, he introduced me to the importance of mobility training, and has taught me more about my body (and it’s strength and limitations) than anyone else. Jason helped get me in better shape than I had been in for my entire adult life, trimmed me down a pant size, and made me feel stronger than I thought possible. Bottom line: run, don’t walk if you have the opportunity to train with him. You will not regret it.

I was a boxing first-timer when I started training with Jason. Jason is so personable and immediately put me at ease as we started with the basics. He kept things varied and interesting, and at the same time challenging, as we gradually upped the intensity and incorporated more combinations. Jason is a very well-rounded trainer; he is always learning about different fitness methods and tools, and would often introduce them into our sessions (e.g., to help with stretching/warm-ups). I was also looking for a type of workout that would be fun and intense and great for stress relief, and Jason tailored the sessions to exactly what I was looking for. His enthusiasm is infectious and I always felt a sense of accomplishment after our sessions.

I worked with Jason for over 5 years. I cannot begin to say the benefits and gains I made from our partnership. I’ve had chronic orthopedic issues my whole life and Jason not only supported that, but helped me run a half marathon. He’s smart, sensitive and always learning something new. Highly recommended!
