I use a combination of traditional workouts (machine & free weights) with a functional workout method (kettle bell, medicine ball, TRX, ect...) to build a unique training program, that is catered to each individual's goals & needs. These types of workouts help you loss weight, build lean muscle and increase mobility all while working hard in an enjoyable Manor. One of the reasons why I choose this career path is because I love that feeling when you are able to help someone evolve into a more confident person by achieving their health and fitness goals. Then helping them develop new standards and goals to further their success.

Miles is nothing short of fantastic! He's very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He understands my limitations and gives me exercises that are challenging but achievable. He knows how to motivate me and has a great attitude. I would highly recommend him if your looking for a personal trainer.

Smart Fit Studios is a great training studio. Miles is top notch. He has a genuine passion for fitness and backed with a degree in Kinesiology. He knows what he is doing and you are going to succeed and not get hurt. I have been with Miles for a month 4 x a week and I am always leaving with a great workout. He shows you every move and explains the benefits. He pushes you when you don't think you can and it's all good. The Studio delivers a punch with offerings of small group classes, massage therapy (awesome massage) and more! Owner is great, warm and inviting! Highly recommend.

Myles, was my personal trainer. I was very pleased with my schedule and how he focused on specific body areas as well as full body workout. He had the right balance between using free weight and flexibility training using my own body weight. The core workouts were great. I miss him as my trainer.

He was my personal trainer. He was very likable and easy to communicate with concerning health, diet and exercise. He was also very knowledgeable in a variety of different forms of exercise and the equipment. He could have been better at pushing me a little harder but he wasn't soft on me either.
