- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Prickly Pear Pools AZ we offer the best service in the business as well as the best price! We are different in many ways and price is always one. We offer Military and First Responders discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can get service set up over the phone or in person. We conduct site inspections before taking on any new customer. In most cases we set up initial cleaning on the same day. Our weekly customers can always expect the following during each service. We always check in with customer by text or email before getting started. After each service we fill out and send a service recap so you know exactly what we did. We list everything we add to your pool and even include the time we were working at your account. Customers are what run any business and when you are paying for any kind of service make sure you get your moneys worth. At Prickly Pear Pools AZ we are dedicated to our customers satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service we provide we will make it right. We are focused on building our reputation as the best and the industry standard.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Prickly Pear Pools AZ to give customers a better choice then what seemed to be the normal in the pool cleaning world. I have bought and flipped homes for years and many of the service companies offered horrible customer service and would bill for every drop of acid they would add to the pool. After evaluating the market it was clear theres no one offering anything different in the pool world. Every other pool cleaning company blends in like the rest all leaving their customers unsure where their money goes and how their pool guy only spends 5 minutes in their account. I decided to start a pool company that would be built from hard work, experience, and doing things right. This is why our customers are more like family. We brush and skim every pool every time. Not just when the pool "looks like it needs it". We will one day be Arizona's go to Pool Company for everything pools!
