- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge for six sessions at a time unless someone would like to save by increasing to 12 or 24 sessions. This is true whether you want to work out with me 1 time a week or 5 times a week. Six sessions (each an hour long typically) costs $240.00 with discounts for paying for more up front and discounts also for small groups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon hearing that a new customer is interested in Inspired Fitness and the services I provide, I will either speak to them over the phone or, alternatively by email if they prefer, to arrange our first meeting, Our first meeting will include the signing of important documents, checking health history and health risk with a quick survey, a bit of goal setting, and then we get moving typically by the end of the first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and have great experience with HIIT classes cardio conditioning, strength training, marathon and ultra-marathon training, outdoor exercise, training for climbing and weight loss for the previously sedentary individual.
