I found him on thumbtack earlier this morning. He responded quite promptly. He came out within the hour which was far quicker than I expected. He explained everything that was wrong with the door and fixed it. He explained his short-term fix and the long-term fix which I completely understood where he was coming from. He also gave me a quote on some additional work that needs to be done in our storage closet. The door shuts perfectly and we will definitely use him again in the future. I highly recommend him. Jose is wonderful!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with any new customers is to obtain details about the project at hand and once I know the task, walk them to the process of what I will be doing. Give them a quote and schedule a time for the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working on home repairs since I was a child. My dad was a carpenter and taught from a very young age. Over the years I have done hundreds of repairs as well as flipping houses as a side business. There is not much I have not seen when it comes to home repairs and I'm sure I can assist with most projects.
