My goal is to help you look & feel your best at any age. My passion is women's health and hormones along with educating you on what is going on in your body. I teach you what you can do to improve your health, increase your happiness and prevent chronic disease. You are much to young to feel old, tired and like a shadow of your former self.

As a busy working mom over 40 with a demanding full-time job, two young kids, and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I’ve always been a yo-yo dieter, and I had become overwhelmed trying to lose weight. Hilary has helped me address issues that have been roadblocks for me which have kept me from moving toward my health and fitness goals. Working with Hilary was just what I needed to finally succeed! I did her full package and I can’t say enough great things about how she structures her coaching. The weekly video calls were amazing. She asked how things were going as far as the food plan and exercises and even got into the mental part of how things were going as well. Hilary is so encouraging and really wants you to come out of her coaching hitting all your goals! I’ve worked with a couple other coaches but Hilary by far was the best! She really teaches you and goes into depth on the why you are eating this way and changing your mindset around things as well. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience with her or her as a person! If you are on the fence I say do it you will not regret it!
