Introduction: My name is Christina and I have a passion for helping people heal, find Purpose, grow and uncover pain points and patterns that are blocking them from being their best selves, as we are perfectly designed to be.
I use a number of methods. I can do them individually or integrated to meet my clients healing and growth needs.
I am a 200hr Certified Yoga instructor, offering private lessons in person or remotely.
I am a certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner offering sessions in person or remotely.
I am a Spiritual Coach, using the methods of Spiritual 12 Steps and principles to transform, guide and achieve spiritual experience and awakening.
Coming soon! I am working on my certification of Belief Code which helps understanding of how faulty beliefs are created, the identification, removal and replacement of faulty beliefs, as well as understanding the past, creating healthy habits of action rather than reaction to the past and future thoughts and the ability to pursue goals and dreams! I offer all of these services as stand alone options or integrated to achieve amazing results, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I also integrate yoga healing and meditation with my spiritual coaching practice based off of clients needs and desires. There is a largely overlooked connection between the body, mind and heart that when integrated is incredible powerful way to find Purpose and Growth.
Additionally I am a Body Code Practitioner, removing negative energies trapped in the body in order for the natural healing we are designed for to take place.
It quickly, painlessly, and permanently assists in physical, emotional and mental health challenges.
I offer Spiritual Coaching utilizing the principles and steps of the Spiritual 12 Step program. Helping clients move through blockages and coaching them through to a spiritual experience that will forever transform and heal their lives.
The combination and personalization of my practices is also available in order to reach an even higher level of Holistic Health. I offer a consultation to assess your needs and then I will design a program that will best fit your desires.
