- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Costs are $40 an hour and you pay as we go. So no prepay or paying for a package. At the free initial consultation, via phone with pictures or in person, I can estimate how long the job should take to give a better estimate of overall cost. I accept cash, check, debit or credit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free in home/office consultation or consultation over the phone. At that time we will create an organizing plan and estimate how much time the job will take. The consultation takes approximately one hour to complete. Once the organizing begins, we will work together to get the job done. I will make organizing suggestions, but the final decision making in yours. I can teach you some organizing tricks and tips along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Arts in Education. I taught Elementary Physical Education in Gilbert, AZ for 10 years and then became a professional organizer in 2013. Moore Organizing began in Arizona and has now moved to Pennsylvania. My training for professional organizing comes from experience, reading, practicing, and a build in love and enjoyment for it. I have also learned from the experiences of moving 20 times in my life! But most of all, I have always enjoyed organizing. After helping so many of my friends and family organize, reading so many organizing books, and helping people move, I decided to do it for a living. Best career decision I have ever made!
