EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!

Best experience ever! Samuels work is exceptional, he is very courteous and clean cut, orderly and never leaves a mess behind. He usually gives a one hour timeframe and that really helps my busy schedule. He always explains everything before he charges and his prices are very fair. He has saved me alot of money with all the plumbing and water system issues I have had in this 45 year old house. I have recommended him to many of my family and friends. He never disappoints

Our house was an auction home in need of serious upgrading. We have had Steve and Diane do so many tasks for us, it's hard to know where to start. They painted the interior of our house, power washed the pool, installed tile back splash in kitchen, and a new range hood, tiled two showers, repaired the pool motor, helped pick out a large package of landscaping and got it planted, repaired lawn irrigation system. This is an amazing, hard working, conscientious couple that we would highly recommend. No job seems too large or too small.

I Just had Shane install a new reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink. Ive been looking into getting one for some time now. i am the type of person to research a home improvement like this to a great extent. would like to inform you that Shane installed a very high quality unit and did an excellent job with the installation. i demanded set price, he charged me as quoted i asked for model numbers, and warranty information, and he provided you cant buy this caliber of R.O. unit in any big box store..... period. two other plumbing company s stopped answering my calls if you cant answer 100% of my concerns, then you get 0% of my business

Well, I've worked with Sam Thomas (with his wife, Lois doing the scheduling) for a few years. My most recent experience with Safari Plumbing was outstanding. And all his previous work was excellent too. Sam installed a reverse osmosis system and replaced our garbage disposal a little over a year ago and we were very pleased. My best and most recent experience came when I was selling the house in Arizona and the buyer's inspector said the water heater needed replacement. Sam was able to do it the same day I called him!! He replaced it with a great German engineered heater- And all at a very reasonable price. I even asked him if he was charging enough for his labor and time and travel to go get the thing. That same inspector had tried to say that the almost new garbage disposal wasn't working. It didn't sound right to him. Sam commented that it was powerful and in a large empty (at the time) room. But when he came to replace the water heater he took the time to carefully inspect the disposal and found a very tiny piece of metal - part of a staple, he thought. So all was well. I have very much appreciated having Safari Plumbing do any work we needed done. Sam is great. I apologize that I didn't do this review sooner. It came into my phone email, but not my desktop email, which is where I usually check my email. Kim, you must be a daughter. Debbie Tillman
