I would rate him highish. I would definitely use him for other things. Because he was on time he didn't require a whole lot of hand holding. He did exactly what we asked him to. Install and remove bathroom sink. There were no surprises.

Chris did a thorough diagnosis and explained fully what he was checking and why. In the end he reviewed what he had found and called to set an appt. with a consultant.

The guys who came out were friendly but the pricing model does not account for time spent but is arbitrarily set by job description and it is ( at least in my case ) unrelated to the time spent resulting in an excessively high price. For that reason I can not again use them.
