Martin did a great job with relocating all of the plumbing for our new walk in shower. He also did a great job putting in a new bathtub in our second bathroom. He was very timely, finished the job quickly and even cleaned up some of the drywall that I had to cut out. I would highly recommend Martin for all of your plumbing needs. Looking forward to working with him again!!!!
Larry was able to install two shower valves with same day notice when my regular plumber had to cancel last minute. His price was 1/3 of what others on Thumbtack quoted. Prompt service with a great price.
Charles did a great job installing our new shower door. We are hiring him to do other small jobs around our house.
Jason did the drain pipe, installation of a shower valve and installation of a shower fixture for a new shower. He dis a excellent job at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
Mike installed new shower head, handle, and also replaced my old water shut off valve. I would highly recommend Mike for any plumbing work.
We had a new shower installed and Carlos did a beautiful job. The work was done quickly but with great care. What we have now is definitely a huge improvement from what the original builder had installed. Aside from the work itself, his experience brought knowledge that we greatly appreciated. He is friendly and was able to offer some good suggestions. We quickly felt comfortable with him and he did not disappoint when we placed our confidence in him. The quote for the cost of the job and the time it would take to complete was right on target. We highly recommend Right on Time Plumbing and won't hesitate to request his services again as needed.
We had a 10' X 5' shower installed. All in glass and tile. Ivan did a great job, worked with our crazy schedule, and gave us great ideas to make our project look great. Thank you Ivan for a job well done!
EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!
I have used One Call Plumbing Services for about 8 years. They provide exceptional service, are technically knowledgeable and very professional. I have always had annual contracts which includes an annual inspection, access to 24/7 emergency services (which I have needed) and a discount on purchases. I trust their recommendations. Through One Call, I’ve had two toilets installed, drains repaired, shower repaired, and hot water heater replaced. I also learned about Bio One from them – an organic products used to keep my drains clean and running. It is a great product – without using harsh chemicals and I buy bottles with each annual check. I value that they are a locally owned business. I highly recommend them – I wouldn’t use any other plumbing service! Cyndi A
I had a flood in my home and from my first phone call with Michael, he put my mind at ease. Everyone including the office staff answered my questions with such professionalism. The work on my bathroom was completed in a week. I would highly recommend GPS.
James removed old tiles, repaired the wall board, installed a new shower surround along with new plumbing, and then painted. It took him several trips to get the job done, but his work is thorough and professional. Very friendly to work with too!
I got a very prompt response from my thumbtack request. He came out that day and assessed the situation with the leaking shower. He was the only one to tell me I didn't need to spend 900$ or more to replace the shower, it could be fixed by sealing the connection of the shower pan to the drain. He came back next day, did the repair in less than 30 min and it cost me only 75$. I would definitely recommend them for honest work.
Had small drip in handle on water connections to my washing machine not only did they come out and fix problem they ran new plumbing and installed new valves. They totally went above and beyond to solve problem and eliminate potential of new ones. Was very responsive to all my questions and text not to mention very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. A++++
Super responsive and thorough. Had a small water issue and they jumped right on it within hours. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. Left drying equipment in house overnight and picked up the next day. If the tech was representative of the company's overall performance, it's a very good company.
Cody and his team did an excellent job installing French doors in my home. Attention to detail was evident and follow up was excellent. Excited to start the next project.
We hired Calvin to remodel our master bathroom shower. He took out our old shower and bathtub and put in a larger shower along with a built in shelving unit. The shower has a bench around the outside as well as a rain shower head that can be switched between. Overall we wouldn't be happier with how it turned out. We will definitely be using Calvin again for our next remodel!
Timely response, and easy quote process. Arrived in the time frame specified, and fully understood what I wanted done. Done quickly, with a minimum of water down time. Neat install, with thought put into the operation. Would definitely use again.
John showed up on time. He gave me a reasonable quote that met my expectation. He completed the work to my satisfaction. I liked his manners and professionalism. I would hire him again.
I'm a strong believer of second opinions. If you think you are being ripped off & would like a second opinion, or if you are just looking to get the job done RIGHT at an outstanding price look no further than Ryan the Handy Husband! I had a "well known larger company" out to my house to repair a leaking faucet in my kitchen sink. I won't say the name of the company as I am not trying to bash any companies out there, needless to say i did not use their services so i cannot review their workmanship. But the man quoted me over $700 to "repair" a couple "leaking gaskets" I found Ryan the Handy Husband and called him for a second opinion... not only did he balk at the previous quote, he offered to not only replace my faucet, but to UPGRADE IT! And close to HALF THE COST! He did not have the faucet on his truck (for obvious reasons) but he went out right away to get what i needed. Now i have a faucet that does not leak AND i have a sprayer with a hose for easier rinsing! Not only was I impressed with his professionalism, he went the extra step of making sure the piping below the sink was properly sealed (by sealing it himself) i am so impressed with his workmanship his Honesty, and his care for detail and the customer. I asked him about putting in a fence in my backyard and he told me HONESTLY that he had never put up a fence and wasn't very comfortable doing it and this is the type of HONESTY that I appreciate most! Other Joe Shmoes would have said they could install a fence and had it look horrible and wouldn't care about taking customers money, but not Ryan! I will MOST DEFINATELY recommend Ryan to all my friends and family and anybody who is looking for a Handyman! I have your number saved in my phone in case I ever need help with something or anybody is looking for a handyman! Thanks again Ryan and bless you and your beautiful family!

Northwind Construction was established by Steven Swayze in 1990 as a residential home builder. The company is a Michigan based company and we specialize in residential construction. Northwind Construction has been known as a turnkey operation completing projects from start to finish. We are able to assist customers from start to finish including location searches, site development including earth work sewer and drain, water supply and utility installations. Some of the unique qualities of our business include the fact that we self-perform most of the work and have total control over any subcontracted trades. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we are willing to go the extra mile to develop and maintain quality relationships with our clients. On small projects, we generally self-perform all facets of the project; however, oftentimes in order to expedite work, we subcontract areas such as plumbing, Hvac work, drywall work, electrical, and data related systems. We take pride in our history of employing quality subcontractors. We personally guarantee their work and believe our clients should only have to deal with Northwind Construction with questions, repair, work, etc. We believe it is paramount that a client know who to look to in the event when changes are required or problems arise. After 24 years, our company is scaling down. Although we still take on the occasional full construction project, we have found a niche for contractors and tradesmen working on smaller projects. We believe there is a genuine need for professionals willing to take on smaller projects that are quite frankly overlooked oftentimes as troublesome or insignificant. We are willing and we look forward to assisting our clients with any construction related needs. We recognize the importance and sense or urgency our clients have concerning repairs and alterations. We feel that we are able to adapt to most situations and resolve issues in a timely fashion. The following is a small list of services provided: Room additions, door and window installations, custom tile work, cabinets and counter tops, interior and exterior paintings, concrete, block, brick, trim work, custom flooring lamination and true hardwoods, custom fireplace mantles, etc. The services listed cover only a small portion of our company skill set. From design to completion, we are there to assist our clients. We also offer construction management services because we feel there is a need for a system of checks and balances. Oftentimes, clients do not have the necessary skill sets to question quality and methods used by many contractors. Our goal and commitment to customer satisfaction guarantees quality work at fair prices.
